U.C.R. Standard Limited Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

  • Valid for 60 days from the date of payment.
  • Only covers replaced parts during repair.
  • Labor costs for warranty repairs are covered.
  • Non-transferable and applies only to the original repair customer.

2. Warranty Exclusions

  • Additional physical damage after repair.
  • Repairs performed by other technicians.
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, exposure to liquids, etc.
  • Cosmetic damage, unless caused by the defective part.
  • Battery damage, software issues, and missing identification codes.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Warranty Claims

  • Devices must be brought in-person (no phone or email claims).
  • Original sales receipt is required for warranty claims.
  • Non-warranty repairs will incur parts, shipping, and labor costs.

4. Warranty Limitations & Legal Notices

  • Battery seals must be intact, or the warranty is void.
  • No warranty for past or future water damage.
  • U.C.R. is not responsible for data loss; back up your data before service.
  • Service may be refused without proof of receipt.

5. Device Pickup & Abandonment Policy

  • Devices not picked up within 40 days after repair are considered abandoned.
  • U.C.R. may use, recycle, or dispose of abandoned devices without refunds or compensation.
